This is a high performance 2 Pack HS Solid White.

High opacity and excellent flow, producing a high gloss, chemical resistant film, with excellent durability.

 

This paint cannot be tinted to a specific colour code.

If you require a specific colour code please purchase the Schubert’s Base Coat.

 

 

Mixing ratio 2:1

 

You can add between 10%-20% of 2K Thinner, if required

Potlife 2-3 hours @ 25°C 

 

Gravity Feed gun 1.3-1.4 mm Spray pressure   190-200 kPa Spray Distance 15-20 cm

Suction feed gun 1.5-2.0 mm Spray pressure   190-200 kPa Spray Distance 15-20 cm

Flash off time 5-10 min between coats @ 25°C

Air Dry 16-24 hours @ 25°C

Low Bake 30-40 min @ 50°C
