    Generally 1-3 business days from payment clearing. Additional time is required for rural addresses.

    All parcels are shipped from Sydney warehouse via Australia Post.

    Please use the tracking number provided to you to track the location of your parcel. Pickups are welcome from our warehouse in Condell Park.

    All details are kept safe and the website is fully encrypted using 256bit encryption.

    You will get an email confirming the items ordered, the team is informed and the order is packed on the same day and collected by Australia Post. If you did not get the email, please check your spam/junk or contact us for confirmation.

    Please note that once your order is packed and sent we are unable to recall it. Therefore it is important that you confirm your order is correct prior to placing the order.

    Once the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking details which you can track through the Australia Post website Track your items – Australia Post (auspost.com.au)

    Customers which have selected Local Pickup will be informed when the order has been picked by the team and is ready for collection.

     

    Returns and Refunds are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. Subject to conditions met below.

    STRICKLY NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MIXED PAINT & SPRAY GUNS

    1 . All items which are returned must be in their original condition and must be unused and unopened. Return requests for items which do not meet this condition will not be accepted. All goods remain the property of Spectra Automotive Paints until paid for in full. Please note: All toners (Standox, Duxone, Syrox) must be returned for CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of purchase/invoice date.

    2. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide your Order number and the reason for your return

    3. All returns MUST BE APPROVED prior to being sent back.

    4. All returns which are sent back due to change of mind, incorrect address or failure to pick up from Post Office and failed deliveries will incur a 20% restocking fee.

    5. Once your request has been received it will be processed and you will be notified of the outcome of your request. All returns which are a change of mind must be paid for by the buyer.

    6. Refunds will be processed in the same payment method which was used at the time the order was made. Please note that once the refund is made any delays which may arise will be due to your financial institution. Please check with them if you have not received your funds within 3-5 business days.
