Mould Prep Double-Sided Tape Remover 4LT.

Mould Prep is a double-sided tape remover used for the removal of double sided tape from vehicle body moulds.

This application of Mould Prep is not labor intensified.

APPLICATION: 

Place body mould in MOULD PREP solution for a minimum of three (3) hours, depending on mould.

Care should be taken on hollow cavity moulds. 

If left soaking for more than the recommended 3 hours damage may occur. 

Care should also be taken with pinstripes as MOULD PREP will remove pinstripes. 

These moulds should remain in the solution for a minimum period of eight (8) hours, followed by the tape being removed with a narrow scraper. 

NOTE: The longer the body moulds remain in the solution the easier tape removal will be. 

Install MOULD PREP in a well ventilated area. 

MOULD PREP may also assist in the removal of urethane from solid body moulds. 

After mould has been soaking in the MOULD PREP solution the urethane bead will be softened, allowing a scraper to easily glide through the urethane. 

MOULD PREP is not designed for the removal of urethane, nut in most cases will assist.
