CAM Deoxit Metal Conditioner and Rust Remover is a breakthrough in the removal of unwanted rust.

Eliminates rust from iron and steel without harmful fumes. When the rust is gone, the chemical transformation has occurred, and the surface is prepared for a protective coating such as paint.

It is compatible with many surfaces and will not harm most glass, hoses, decals, plastic, rubber or vinyl and paints. Effective for use on most painted surfaces for removal of surface rust.

De-ox-it is ready to use however may be diluted 2-3 parts of water to 1 part of the de-ox-it if required.

Application: working on small areas at a time, apply onto bear metal areas with an abrasive pad. 

Before de-ox-it dries, wipe off with a wet cloth and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. If de-ox-it comes into contact with old repairs example body filler and painted surfaces neutralise the area with water immediately.

Finishing: Allow 15-20 minutes to activate then wipe down entire surface with methylated spirits and prime within 30 minutes, Clean up residue with water. Surface must be completely dry before painting Paint as soon as possible.
